IMPACT of EXERCISE:

COMBAT FATIGUE:

Fatigue is a real problem and issue when taking on the fight against breast cancer.  Yoga can help combat the fatigue experienced by:

  • enhancing physical functioning
  • reducing fatigue
  • improving sleep
  • boosting quality of life

MINIMIZE STRESS AND ANXIETY:

So many things come along with the diagnosis of breast cancer that many don’t think about – especially things like stress and anxiety.  Yoga is routinely seen as positive and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety.
