Centered Essential Oil Blend

This blend of oils contains our Centered Essential Oils: An Aromatherapy Blend of oils designed and crafted to help center the mind and body with overall calming effects. We use 100% Pure Undiluted Essential Oils.

Essentials oils used in this blend include: Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa and Ylang Ylang.

Centered Essential Oil Suggested Use:

Our Centered��Essential Oil is a blend of pure undiluted essential oils.

For home and office our nebulizing difusser is a must. Simply screw in your favorite Sensoria Essential Oil Blend to the atomizer. Adjust to the setting of your preference.

Massage: Combine 97.5% of carrier base oil with 2.5% of the Centered Essential Oil Blend (approximately 7 to 8 drops to 1 tablespoon or 15ml).

Soothing Bath: Using the included essential oil dropper, add 5 to 6 drops of the Centered Essential Oil Blend to a warm bath. Agitate the water to disperse essential oil.

Stress relieving teas:

Our Stress relieving teas are crafted with an organic blend of herbal teas including our Calming Tea blend, Balanced Blend Tea, and Sleep Well Tea.

Tea Preparation: Fill a Tea Leaf Infuser with our Stress relieving teas and steep in one 6 ounce cup of hot water until desired strength.

Stress Relief Bath Salt:

Calm your body, ease your mind and soothe your soul with this perfectly scented organic salts.

Stress Relief Bath Salts: Pure Epson Salt scented with Lavender Essential Oils.

Preparing the Perfect Bath:

Rejuvenating Bath: Pour a large handful of Stress relief Bath Salts into a running bath and soak.

Therapy Bath: Pour two large handfuls of Stress Relief Bath Salts into a running bath and soak for 20 minutes.

Centered Lotion:

Bring your body back into balance. Centered body lotion helps to calm and balance mind and body.
