$40 for 30 minutes or $70 for 1 hour

These classes will be designed specifically to address your health and wellness challenges. After gaining a thorough understanding of your abilities and limitation, the instructor will incorporate movements and props to insure safety to reduce the risk of injury or re-injury while providing the benefit of lengthening and strengthening your body as well as relaxing and freeing your mind. Just like you, East West Healing Solutions is very closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As a result, we are following the guidelines and executive orders put forth by both our national and local governments.

We are very serious about the health and safety of both our patients and staff members which is why we have put the following protocols in place when you visit our office or use our yoga studio:

• Multiple hand sanitizing stations are available to all who enter our facilities
• Participant temperature checks are conducted prior to the start of each yoga class
• The yoga studio has been marked to accommodate for social distancing protocols
• The yoga studio is disinfected after the end of each class/session
• Waiting room chairs have been placed at least 6 feet apart
• Exam rooms are disinfected after each patient visit
